CX Brands Vendor Application

We appreciate your interest in becoming a vendor at CX Brands.  Listed below are parameters for hosting your business at CX Brands.  We look forward to seeing you there!


Event Space Rental: Vendors will be 100% rental space only.  We offer up to a (15’ x 20’) booth area located inside the competition arena. All ancillary charges incurred from the venue, such as but not limited to: Power, Pipe&Drape, Tables, and Internet, will be the sole responsibility of the vendor. 

Vendor Load In & Event Times - Vendors will be allowed to load in on Friday before the event between the times of 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm. Vendors will have access to their booth during event times, 30 minutes before public access. Vendors must check in at Registration to receive credentials for event access.


Certificate of Insurance: Vendors will be responsible for providing a COI with a minimum liability coverage of 1 million.


Rental Booth Payment:   Payment for booth space rental must be made 2 weeks before the scheduled event. Non-payments will result in forfeiture of booth space.


Vendor Booth Rate – Regular Season Events

  •  1 Event | $2,500/per event
  •  2 Events | $2000/per event
  •  3 Events | $1500/per event

 

Vendor Booth Rate – Nashville

  •  Booth Rate | $5,000

 

Vendor Booth Rate – End of Season Events

  • Myrtle Beach | $ 5,000
  • Fort Lauderdale (Prime All Star Finale) | $5,000
