Tara Harris is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales and customer service. She graduated from the University of Louisville and is a former member of the e All-Girl Cheerleading Squad, earning her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Tara has also spent years coaching athletes in all star and sideline cheer.

Since 2005, she has led sales teams in the event, apparel, and tournament housing industries, consistently driving results and building strong client relationships.

Tara currently lives in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, with her husband, Curtis, and their two children. She is a proud football and basketball mom to her son, Hayden, and a supportive, "not crazy" cheer mom to her daughter, Savannah.

Kevin's favorite bible verse, Be joyful always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances for this is God's will for you in Christ Jesus." ~Thessalonians 5: 16-18

Kevin is the founder, and Owner at Charlotte Allstar Cheerleading & Gymnastics.  He was the innovator and creator of Spring Floor cheerleading competitions in 1993 and Level Play in 1997, both the now normal of all Allstar competitions.

Additionally, Kevin is the Founder and was the Owner of Cheersport (1995 - 2015) which was the largest Cheerleading competition in the world for 10 straight years.  Kevin enjoys speaking directly to gym owners and has traveled to all 50 states and over 1100 gyms throughout his Sales career.  He was the former National Sales Director of New Business Development for Varsity All Stars. 

Kevin’s faith is very important to him.  He is a Transformation Church member; he and his wife Jenn lead a TC Life Group / Bible Study on Monday evenings.

Andi grew up in West Virginia and started her All Star journey at just THREE years old. She was a member of the River Cities All Stars from then until she graduated high school. After graduation, Andi was a Colonel Cheerleader at Eastern Kentucky University and worked as a camp instructor. In 2021, she started working full-time in the All Star Competition Industry. 

Having spent her entire life in the All Star industry, Andi is passionate about seeing it continue to grow in a positive way. She is a great listener who believes in customer-first practices, advocating for the coaches and gym owners. 

Andi currently lives in the New Orleans area with her husband, Ben (a former LSU Cheerleader himself), and their two precious pups, Maddux & Daisy. Outside of cheerleading, she loves the Atlanta Braves & fishing. She one day wants to be a crazy baseball mom.

While attending Ohio State University, Stephanie worked in the COA corporate office and coached at Step 1 Allstars. After graduation, she decided to follow her passion and focus full-time on Step 1 Allstars. For the next 20 years, she would go on to help grow a small 23-member gym into a large gym with numerous cheer and dance teams, multiple locations, and countless wins both on and off the floor.

Stephanie is thankful for the last 23 years she spent with Step 1 Allstars. Stephanie’s former experience as a gym owner gives her a unique understanding of the customer's wants and needs. She believes in the power of positive customer connection first and foremost. She hopes to grow strong relationships built on understanding and communication to help impact, shape, and develop the future of the All Star industry positively. 

Abby Reece is the Midwest CheerXpert and is thrilled to work with a region she's proud to call home. Originally from Indiana, Abby brings firsthand knowledge of the Midwest, having cheered at ICE-Allstars at the Indianapolis location. Her experience traveling throughout the region has given her a deep familiarity with many of the area’s gyms, making her role even more rewarding.

Currently, Abby is a Junior at Purdue University, where she is studying Child Psychology and cheering on the university’s team for her third year.

Abby’s passion for CX Events began the moment she walked into her first CheerExpo Event. The welcoming, high-energy environment left a lasting impression—and a smile on her face all weekend. From that point forward, she knew this was the perfect fit. She believes CX Brands Events are truly top tier and is proud to be a part of such an incredible community.
