Content Creator & Event Marketing Coordinator


Position Overview

CX Brands is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Content Creator & Event Marketing Coordinator to help elevate our brands, events, and community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who understands the cheer and dance industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a passion for storytelling through digital content.

The primary focus of this position will be content creation, social media management, and brand development, with additional responsibilities supporting event planning and execution. We are looking for someone who brings fresh ideas, strong marketing instincts, and the ability to create compelling content that connects with athletes, coaches, gym owners, event attendees, and industry professionals.


Key Responsibilities


Content Creation & Brand Marketing (Approximately 75%)

  • Create engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
  • Capture and edit photo and video content at events, meetings, and company activities.
  • Develop content calendars and execute consistent posting strategies.
  • Write compelling copy for social media, blogs, email marketing campaigns, website updates, and promotional materials.
  • Create graphics, reels, short-form videos, and promotional assets using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
  • Identify trends within the cheer, dance, and event industries and leverage them for brand growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations for growth and audience development.
  • Help maintain a consistent voice and visual identity across all CX Brands properties.


Event Planning & Coordination (Approximately 25%)

  • Assist with planning and promotion of company events, expos, conferences, and industry gatherings.
  • Support vendor, sponsor, and exhibitor communications as needed.
  • Assist with on-site event marketing execution and attendee experience initiatives.
  • Capture live content during events for real-time marketing and post-event promotion.
  • Coordinate travel schedules and book event travel.
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Working knowledge of the cheerleading, dance, or youth sports industry strongly preferred.
  • Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.
  • Experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar content creation tools.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable traveling to events throughout the year.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms, website content management, and analytics tools is a plus.

Compensation

Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.

Salary, insurance stipend, and 401K benefits after 1 year of employment
