“We loved the big comp feel with huge backdrop and awesome lighting! Video Review is a big plus for our coaches & athletes! Scoring was fair and we had a blast! CX Staff was helpful and always there when needed them before and during the event. Love that coaches got free food all weekend! We will definitely be back this season.”

CheerVille has been attending The CheerExpo for the past 2 seasons. We have always had a great overall experience. Kevin and his team do an excellent job with the pre-event communication which helps our staff and families feel informed going into the competition weekend. The production is always top notch and the coach's hospitality room is the perfect space to escape for a little and enjoy some food and refreshments. One of the biggest perks is the cash prizes awarded for the top programs, which is something you do not typically see at most events. This is something we really enjoy having the chance to compete for.

T3 Storm attended The CheerExpo in Nashville, TN in March 2024. This event was well planned out and well ran from start to finish. The facility was top notch and beautiful. Coaches were provided with 3 meals, snacks and drinks throughout the day. The competition ran on schedule and crossovers had the appropriate time needed. We will definitely be attending other Cheer Expo events in the future.

“Our program had a great time at the CheerExpo Nashville event. The competition itself was top notch with high-quality production and in a good clean venue. The staff was super friendly and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered promptly. We left the  awards ceremony with banners, belt bags, and cash prizes! There were so many amazing things, but we most definitely want to give props to the coaches' room! It was a nice escape from all of the noise. The meals served to us were YUMMY and a very nice touch that made us feel appreciated. We can't wait to attend another Cheer Expo event this season!”

“CheerExpo knows how to put on an event with the coaches, athletes, and family in mind.  The coaches are treated with VIP services from a wonderfully stocked coaches lounge and easy-to-access staff for questions.  The parents have no “stay-to-play” which accommodates budgets and the show put on for the athletes separates them from the rest!”

Athletes Plus attended the CheerExpo competition last season and we loved it!  The staff was friendly and helpful, the facility was easy to find and has a huge parking garage! It has stadium chair seating,  so comfortable and the parents loved being able to easily see the teams. Not Stay to Play so you can choose your hotel and you don't have to go through the crazy stay to play process to get a hotel.  The judges gave video feedback, and very helpful comments. Best hospitality room ever!!  They treated the coaches to a feast!!!!

Indiana Ultimate attended the CheerExpo in Indianapolis last season, and had a FABULOUS experience. Our parents were very impressed with how efficient the event was ran.  The staff was very helpful, and warm-ups ran very smoothly. We had an injury on the competition floor, and the staff was phenomenal dealing with the injury, as well as giving the team proper time to rewarm-up with a fill-in. Our Senior team was the winner of the Louis Vuitton wristlet, and they are STILL talking about it!!! Overall it was a great weekend; we left with parents, coaches & athletes ALL happy, which is always a WIN in my book.😀
